About the course

The Executive Coaching Group Coaching program is a 6-month coaching engagement designed to help mid-level to senior-level executives develop their leadership skills and achieve their career goals. Our program combines the benefits of one-on-one executive coaching with the added support and accountability of a group coaching environment.

The program includes:

  • 12 group executive coaching sessions, each lasting 90 minutes, held every other week via Zoom
  • 2 one-on-one career coaching sessions with one of our experienced executive coaches
  • Leadership assessments to gain insights into your strengths and areas for development
  • Tools and resources to support your growth and development
