Description
Inclusive Leadership and employee involvement are some of the most important characteristics of the successful and sustainable organization.
Coaching is probably one of the most—if not the most—individually tailored practices in talent development as it involves a close and confidential relationship between the coach and the person being coached. The coach also helps the leader understand their current competencies, see how they’re perceived by others, and focus on identifying and clarifying current goals as well as the appropriate action steps to reach those goals.
This is a coaching group that will work on the competencies needed for a leader to succeed.
We will touch base on resilience, what does that mean and how can a leader become more resilient. How you can leverage your strengths in order to impact your team’s overall ability to recover after setbacks.
The flow will go towards innovation and how it can really be applied within the context of your own organization ( considering it’s dynamics, politics, structure and culture ).
Naturally, we will cover the new set of competencies needed for a leader to scale and succeed, but we are going to spend quite some time on the inclusivity as one of those.
We will be looking at the global environment and the strengths and treats for scaling in this uncertain times. The market conditions, the workforce and compensation offerings, the business opportunities.
We will explore what scale really mean and how to prepare for a sustainable expansion when the right time comes for it.
We will review cost saving opportunities and how can you look at the business from the angle of efficiency without compromising on people.
Leadership at scale is amazing opportunity for every leader to adjust their watch with others, reflect on their actions or lack of such and take decisions to improve on areas where they find a certain gap.
This offering covers 6 sessions, each 60 minutes, starting on May 23, 2024 and the sessions are going to be done every week at the same time for the duration of the engagement.
