Every senior woman I’ve coached carries a version of the same tension: the more visible the role, the louder the old pattern becomes. The over-preparing. The self-editing in rooms where your judgment is exactly what’s needed. The quiet calculation of how much of yourself is safe to bring.
She Leads is not a confidence program. It is a six-month, schema-based cohort for senior women leaders — a small, carefully composed circle where we identify the schema running beneath your decisions under pressure and work with it, not around it. That is how change holds.
Over six months, you will:
- Name the pattern — surface the schema beneath the presenting challenge, using schema-based reflective work and, where useful, assessment data you already have
- Lead from choice, not compensation — replace the automatic response with a deliberate one, rehearsed in real situations between sessions
- Build with peers who operate at your level — a confidential cohort of senior women navigating comparable stakes, so the learning is tested against real leadership, not theory
- Close with clarity — a written review of what shifted, what remains, and what to protect from here
Who it’s for: Senior women — director level and above — leading through complexity, transition, or expanded scope, who want depth rather than another framework.
