Daniela Aneva is an executive coach, team coach, coaching supervisor, professional speaker, and author who creates leadership models and approaches which drive efficiency, engagement, and cultural alignment.

She has 23 years of professional experience on executive positions in large, multinational organizations, executive coaching, speaking, and leadershipdevelopment. Daniela supported the growth of over 3000 managers and leaders and teams around the world.

With broad executive experience in technology, financial services and F&B sector, Daniela has the real-life business experience to move organizations from startup phase to enterprise. She developed franchise models, led Agile transformations and Platform refactoring and modernizations, she did market entries in numerous countries in Europe and North America and worked as a key executive for the cultural and process integrations after acquisitions both from the acquirer side and the acquired one. Daniela worked as COO, VP of Operations and Chief People officer with over 19,000 employees. Within all this broader experience- business success and operational advancements stays Daniela`s ability to coach executives, leaders, and teams.

Daniela was awarded as one of the top 40 leaders under 40 for 2020 in North America, while also serving as an Advisor for the Strategic Leadership program in Seton Hall University.

She works since 2009 as executive, leadership, and team coach. She works as coach with Amazon, Google, Walmart, Capital One, Takeda and many more. Her clients keep on working with her wherever they move in their career journey, while teams successfully manage to coach themselves without external help, after working with her.

Accredited by the International coach federation as Master Certified coach, she has the highest recognition for knowledge and experience in the HR in the United Kingdom – Master CIPD, she is an accredited Coach supervisor by EMCC and Mentor coach. She is trained by David Clutterbuck and Peter Hawkins on team coaching. Daniela is an accredited by APMG International as Change management practitioner, PRINCE Agile Project manager, SCRUM Product Owner and Lean Green belt professional.

Daniela Aneva is a certified DISC analyst and DISC trainer, she uses DISC as a leadership diagnostic tool, while she is also certified to use MMPI, which gives a much deeper and broader view on the personality of each team member, leader, or employee. Daniela is experienced with different assessment center and organizational development tools to compliment her practice.
