We’re not here to follow trends — we’re here to build something timeless. Because this is an ICF Level 2 Professional Program, we ask applicants to have foundational coaching experience or an active desire to practice at the PCC level.

Executive coaches typically partner with rising leaders navigating transitions into leadership, advancing executives stepping into broader responsibilities, and C-suite leaders and founders managing complex team dynamics. In practice, a coach collaborates with clients to build positive future visions, clarify strengths and growth areas, improve team communication, master emotional regulation, and weigh the broader organizational impact of major decisions.
Where a coach works primarily at the level of the individual, an organizational consultant works at the level of the system. They diagnose culture, structure, and process; identify where strategy and behavior are misaligned; and partner with leadership to design and implement change. Many graduates blend both disciplines, using behavioral coaching to ensure the strategic recommendations actually get executed.
This is a 175-hour transformation delivered across 10 integrated modules. You will move from competency knowledge to competency embodiment, practice live in every session, receive expert mentor coaching on your real recordings, and build a fully prepared PCC credential portfolio. You leave the program knowing whether you are ready, with a mentor coach report to prove it.
Graduates apply these skills as independent executive coaches, as internal leaders driving talent development and culture strategy, and as consultants and strategists who want their recommendations to stick. Yes. The Mastery of Coaching is an ICF Level 2 accredited program, fully aligned to the current PCC Markers and the ICF credential pathway.
The program delivers the training hours and the 10 hours of mentor coaching the ICF requires for the PCC, and prepares your full application portfolio. To earn the credential itself, you will also accumulate the required client coaching experience and pass the ICF Credentialing Exam, then submit your application through ICF.

Beyond the 175 instructional hours, your fee includes 10 hours of mentor coaching (5 group sessions plus 3 individual 1:1 sessions), recording reviews with feedback, portfolio and coaching-log support, your coaching philosophy statement, ICF Credentialing Exam preparation, and a formal readiness assessment with a mentor coach report.
