Group Schema Coaching Supervision: 10-Session Intensive

$1,290.00

Ten 90-minute group supervision sessions on Zoom, with case work and practical commitments between sessions.

Category:

Description

You work with complex clients. The same patterns show up: chronic shame, abandonment fears, emotional cut‑off, self‑sabotage. You know how to “do the work”, but in the room you sometimes hit the same wall:

  • “I’m stuck in this dynamic and can’t see a way out.”

  • “I understand the theory, but I don’t know what to do next session.”

  • “My own schemas are getting triggered and I’m not proud of how I’m responding.”

This group supervision package uses the schema mode model as the backbone. Across 6 x 90‑minute sessions, we’ll translate schema concepts into clear, practical supervision: sharper formulations, cleaner boundaries, and more confident interventions.

This is not a passive CPD group. It’s an active, case‑driven supervision space.

Who This Group Is Designed For

This group is a fit if you are:

  • A psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor, or coach.

  • Working with clients who show long‑standing patterns (personality difficulties, complex trauma, chronic relational issues).

  • Comfortable with basic schema concepts and wanting more applied supervision, not more theory slides.

  • Willing to bring real cases, your own stuck points, and reflect on your schemas and modes in the work.

It is not a fit if you are:

  • Looking for a generic, broad supervision group without a schema focus. We offer other groups like this – explore more options on our website.

  • Unwilling to explore your own mode shifts and triggers in the room.

    You’ll also receive:

    • Opportunity to reflect and explore your own schemas.

    • A supervision on specific cases, that would support your practices and clients.

What clients say about working with Daniela

“She has the nuanced and complex understanding of humans within teams and organizational systems to help me parse how to evoke awareness in my clients in ways that consider the interactions of those systems with my client. I particularly appreciated that Daniela isn’t just about the credential. She’s also a coach supervisor and a realist.”
