Description

MCC Mastery Accelerator

Mastery is not more technique. It is less of you in the way.

An ICF Level 3 accredited programme for PCC coaches who are ready to coach at Master Certified Coach level, developed and taught live by two MCCs: Daniela Aneva, MCC, ACTC, EMCC ESIA, and Judit Ábri, MCC, ACTC.

By the time most coaches reach PCC, they are skilled, reliable and respected. The step to MCC asks for something quieter and much harder. It asks you to trust the client more than your process, to stay with what is unsaid, and to let the partnership lead the session instead of your plan for it. That shift does not come from reading the MCC markers. It comes from being seen while you coach, hearing precisely what changed, and trying again.

That is what this programme is built for. Across 80 hours you work in long, unhurried four-hour blocks that leave room for real coaching, real observation and real debrief, with faculty who have assessed, mentored and taught coaches at every ICF level.

“At MCC level the question is no longer what you do in the session. It is who you are being while you do it.”

Who this programme is for

This programme is for coaches who hold an active ICF PCC credential and are building toward the 2,500 coaching hours the MCC asks for. It suits executive, leadership and team coaches who sense they have plateaued at a strong PCC standard, coach educators and mentor coaches who want to model MCC-level presence for the coaches they develop, and internal coaches who want their practice recognised at the highest ICF level.

You are not here to collect hours. You are here to change how you listen, how you partner and how much space you give the people you coach.

Why this programme is different

Two senior MCCs teach every cohort together, so you get two sets of ears on your coaching and two ways of naming what they hear. Judit has been an ICF assessor since 2013, which means the feedback you receive is calibrated to the way MCC performance is actually evaluated. Daniela brings the depth of an MCC who also supervises and mentors coaches, so the work reaches beyond competencies into the patterns and beliefs that shape how you show up.

The four-hour format matters. Short calls leave time to talk about coaching. Long blocks leave time to coach, be observed, reflect and coach again in the same session, which is where the real movement happens. Cohorts stay small, so every participant is heard, observed and coached closely.

Inside the programme

The programme carries 80 hours of ICF Level 3 coach education: 40 live hours in ten four-hour sessions on Zoom, and 40 asynchronous hours of guided practice, recorded-session review, reading and reflective writing.

The live sessions move from the MCC mindset and the art of the coaching agreement, through each of the eight ICF Core Competencies at MCC depth, to real coaching observed and debriefed against the MCC standard. You will notice where your PCC habits still steer the session, practise letting the client hold the agenda, and build the trust, presence and evocative questioning that MCC assessors listen for. The final stage brings everything together and prepares you, step by step, for your MCC application and performance evaluation.

Between sessions you work with recordings of your own coaching, short structured reflections and peer practice, so the shifts you make in the room become the way you coach every day. The mentor coaching that the ICF Level 3 path to MCC requires is built into the programme.

What you will be able to do

By the end of the programme you will be able to coach with the ease and spaciousness that marks MCC-level work, partner with clients so they lead their own learning, listen beneath content to identity, values and meaning, and ask fewer, deeper questions that genuinely shift thinking. You will be able to recognise your own patterns as they happen in a session, hear your recordings the way an assessor hears them, and approach your MCC application with clarity about what the evaluation looks for.

Frequently asked questions

Does this programme cover the education and mentor coaching I need for the MCC? Yes. ICF Level 3 programmes include the coach education and mentor coaching required for the Level 3 application path. You will still need the coaching hours and a passing performance evaluation and exam, which the programme prepares you for.

What is the time commitment? One four-hour live session at a time across the cohort, plus around four hours of asynchronous work between sessions.

I do not have 2,500 hours yet. Can I still join? Yes, as long as you hold an active PCC. Many coaches complete the programme while they finish their hours, so their coaching is already at MCC standard when they apply.
