Mentoring is a process of active support on one’s journey towards ICF accreditation or accreditation renewal. The Mentor coach who works with the clients is MCC level, served as a Director Professional Development for an ICF Chapter and knows well the requirements and standards needed to meet the examiner’s expectations.

The Mentor Coaching engagement is fixed by the International Coach Federation at 10 hours and during those sessions, the Mentor is listening to recordings of the coach`s sessions, helping him/her advance in his/her`s coaching capabilities.

Mentor Coaching if offered for all ICF accreditation levels as it provokes reflection around the ICF Core competencies and ethics, applicable for each levels.

Mentor coaching is an important component of coaching development since it provides direction, support, and feedback to coaches who want to improve their abilities and gain confidence. Course Outline

Our mentor coaching program includes the following:

#1 A customized coaching plan:

We shall work with you to develop a customized coaching plan that meets your unique needs and goals as a coach.

#2 One-on-one coaching sessions:

You shall receive one-on-one coaching sessions with an experienced mentor who will provide guidance, support, and feedback on your coaching skills.

#3 Feedback and support:

Our mentors will provide ongoing feedback and support to help you improve your coaching skills and build confidence.

Our mentor coaching program is designed to be flexible and tailored to your needs. We will work with you to develop a coaching schedule that fits your schedule.

During this program, the coach would submit to the mentor 5 recordings between 30-45 minutes and will get a personalized feedback on those sessions, the rest of the program includes ICF competencies review and exam preparation hints.
